Next is the noise index. Under normal circumstances, the noise of the working machine should be less than 85dBA, and the smaller the noise, the better; If the noise is very loud, it is generally because the machine is not stable during operation, and there is a phenomenon of wiping the screen or grinding plate during startup or shutdown. Too much noise is completely a torture to the user's enjoyment and will also reduce the service life of the machine.

The third is stability. The general blender should be stable in operation, and there should be no jitter and net wiping; However, some cooking machines are not easy to maintain stability during operation, and even have the accident of tipping and causing the blade to fly out and hurt people. In order to control the stability and noise of the motor, it is necessary to design a reasonable damping system of the motor installed in the main machine to achieve the effect of controlling the balance of the rotating network, which puts forward higher requirements for the motor and damping system.
